Values in action
Our values guide the way we work and the difference we make
We created a Values in Action framework with the support of Co-operatives UK and published a set of commitments that guide how we put this into practice.
This helps us more clearly define our co-operative difference and sets out how the way we work is shaped by our values of equality and equity, social responsibility, democracy, and honesty and openness.
As part of our work, we created an interactive presentation to showcase our values in action (see below). Click on each of the icons to read what our values mean to us, the specific commitments we’ve made and check out some real-life examples of what this means for local communities.
